RAW HONEY
Essentially 'Honey' is a sweet and viscous substance that bees produce from the nectar of flowering plants. Honey varies in color, flavour, and aroma depending on the source of the nectar. Hence different geographies produce different honey (either in colour, taste or aroma).
Honey contains mostly sugar, as well as some amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Honey is a complete meal by itself. It is called a superfood.
Honey is stored in wax structures called honeycombs or bee-hives, which are harvested by humans through beekeeping.
Honey is used as a natural sugar alternative in various foods and beverages.
