This gift certificate will be emailed to the recipient after your order has been paid for.

Do you deliver outside India?
We only ship within India but accept most international credit cards.

Is there any delivery charge? (shipping charges)
Delivery charge is levied on the worth of the order placed. (in a single invoice/order/bill) Delivery charge of INR 99 will be levied on orders worth INR 499 and below. NOTE: Delivery charges are NOT refundable.

How long does it take to deliver my order?
Most orders arrive within 5-7 days of order being confirmed. An order confirmation SMS/Email will be sent to you, post which an SMS/Email notification will be sent, once your order is shipped.

What happens when no one is available to accept the shipment?
If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you (by call/message/or any such communication). Thereafter, an additional attempt(s) (depending on the shipper's rules) will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our centre. As your orders are prepaid, a refund will be generated as credits into your website account. However the amount refunded to you will depend on the charges levied by the shipper and any such amount will be deducted from the prepaid account. These credits can be used for future transactions.
